I wanted to tell you I really appreciate your post and I also thought you should know that for some reason I can’t get your site to load right in IE8. When I switch to Firefox, it seems to work fine. It might be a problem with one of the plugins you use, or maybe it’s something wrong on my end.

Today, we were discussing exactly that within our group. You have to work and maintain consistency. Go out and see people. Yes it’s hard sometimes, but we found that working on teams give us much, much better results, as one support the other when needed.
