Question: When will I receive my certificates?
Answer: There is a 72 hour right of recission period. Until this is reached, you will see a countdown inside your rewards backoffice. After 72 hours, login to the backoffice and click on "Certificates" in the left column. Follow the instructions on the certificates to register them. Once registered, you only have 10 days to mail them in.
