Unable to Login to Member Site

Question: I can't login to the member site
Answer: The membership site requires a user id and password to login.
1) Password - If you don't have the correct password, you can have it sent to you through the Fantasos payment processor system. Use the "Forgotten Password" option - use the email address you used when you purchased your membership and your password will be sent to you.
2) Cannot Access Server - This usually occurs when you have tried repeatedly to login in with incorrect credentials. The server thinks you are trying to hack the site and will block your IP address. When this occurs, you will need to request us to unblock it. To do this, get your IP address from this site and be sure to include it in your ticket. Once received, it should take less than 1 hour to unblock your IP.
3) Timeout - This could be due to a heavy load on the server. Wait for 10 minutes and try again. If the problem persists, open a ticket and we will check with the hosting company to identify the issue.
