Locating the Download File

Question: Where do I find the file to download?
Answer: You were sent a series of eMails from our payment processor using eMail address LiberatingConcepts.com. One of those emails has a link to the download page.
The download link is only active for 48 hours from the time of purchase for security reasons. If the link has expired, you will need to open a ticket for us to reactivate the link - please provide all the required information in the ticket template.
If less than 48 hours has passed, you can go to your customer account to review all your purchases. You will be able to use a link inside your account to download your product. The customer account requires a password - if you don't have the password, you can use the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD option at the bottom of the page. Use the eMail address you used for your purchase and your password will be sent to you. You can then log into your customer account page.
