Question: I did not receive my purchase in the mail.
Answer: All our products are digital and available for immediate download.
If you did not arrive at the download page, your product is only available for 48 hours from the time of purchase for security reasons. If the link has expired, you will need to open a ticket for us to reactivate the link - please provide all the required information in the ticket template.
If less than 48 hours has passed, you can go to your customer account to review all your purchases. You will be able to use a link inside your account to download your product. The customer account requires a password - if you don't have the password, you can use the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD option at the bottom of the page. Use the eMail address you used for your purchase and your password will be sent to you. You can then log into your customer account page.
